Template notice. This privacy policy is a starting template for Convayro and should be reviewed by a qualified Australian legal professional, and tailored to your exact data practices, before you rely on it. Replace the bracketed placeholders with your real details.

Convayro (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to this website and to the services we provide to clinics.

1. Who we are

Convayro is a provider of AI reception and automation services for Australian aesthetic clinics, based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@convayro.com (ABN 21 525 185 214).

2. The information we collect

We may collect the following kinds of personal information:

  • Contact details you give us — such as your name, clinic name, email address and phone number — when you submit a form, email us, or speak with us.
  • Enquiry details — information you choose to share about your clinic and what you’re looking for.
  • Technical and usage data — such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use this site, collected through cookies and analytics.

If you are a patient of a clinic that uses our services, any information processed on the clinic’s behalf is handled under that clinic’s own privacy policy. The clinic is responsible for that information; we act as its service provider.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call;
  • Provide, operate and improve our services;
  • Communicate with you about your enquiry or engagement;
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Marketing and SMS / email messages

Any marketing or transactional messages we (or systems we operate for a clinic) send comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth): they identify the sender, are sent only to people who are existing contacts or who have consented, and include a clear, functional way to opt out (for example, replying STOP). Opt-out requests are actioned promptly and the contact is suppressed from future messages.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well. Where required, we will seek your consent for non-essential cookies.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted third parties who help us operate, including:

  • Booking and clinic-management platforms (for example, the booking software your clinic uses);
  • Communications providers used to deliver calls, SMS and email;
  • Website hosting and analytics providers;
  • Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

7. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls and reputable, secured platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond appropriately to any incident.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. To make a request, contact us at hello@convayro.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

11. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
